Joseph Walsh handles cases involving a wide range of complex civil litigation matters on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in the state and federal courts. Joe received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and his B.A., Cum Laude, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
While attending the University of Connecticut School of Law, Joe interned with the Attorney General’s Special Litigation Department and provided support for the State’s role in charities and election enforcement, as well as civil and consumer rights. Joe worked extensively in support of Connecticut’s response to ballot challenges and other election related matters during the 2010 midterm elections.
Following his graduation in 2011, Joe worked for personal injury and criminal defense firms in Connecticut. Ultimately, Joe joined a civil litigation firm where he represented a wide range of clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in every courthouse in the State of Connecticut. His practice primarily focuses on personal injury, premises liability, products liability, and employment law. Attorney Walsh has significant courtroom experience and successfully tried cases to a jury. The breadth of his experience allows him to provide high-caliber legal services to his clients from inception all the way through trial. His knowledge of how insurance companies operate and approach claims provides him with a unique perspective in developing a strategy to maximize results for his clients.
Attorney Walsh is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as the Federal District of Connecticut.
