Harry A. Kritzer

    
    Harry A. Kritzer has practiced real estate law since 1981. Mr. Kritzer represents clients such as syndication firms, REITS, commercial banks, conduit lenders, development companies, cooperative housing corporations and nonprofit organizations. Mr. Kritzer has extensive experience handling the acquisition of shopping centers, office and residential buildings, the leasing of office and retail space and the financing of commercial properties through industrial development bond, conduit, syndication and construction loans.

    In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Kritzer has served as a Director of Visiting Neighbors, a nonprofit elder-care organization, as an Education Advisor to Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and as a special advisor to Palm Beach County School Board on school construction issues. He has also served on the Science and Law Committee at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

    Mr. Kritzer’s bar admissions include: New York, (1981) and Florida, (1995); U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York (1981). He graduated from Emory University, Goizueta Business School (B.B.A, 1976) and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (J.D., 1980). Mr. Kritzer is also a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
