    Our Corporate law group helps clients achieve their business objectives on a timely, cost-effective basis. We provide a full range of services from dependable daily counsel to the structuring and implementation of complicated business transactions. Clients rely on our lawyers for their business judgment, legal advice and ability to provide solutions, not merely to spot problems. We appreciate that businesses need to plan for their legal involvements and costs, and we attempt to work with our clients to develop appropriate time-lines and budgets for our projects. Finally, we seek to staff our matters with those lawyers, and only those lawyers, necessary for the effective completion of the matter. We do not over staff matters with senior partners, junior partners, senior associates, junior associates, paralegals, etc. -- we are hands on responsive and accessible.
