Her practice is diverse and includes matters involving construction law, real property tax appeals, collections, landlord-tenant law, family law, residential and commercial real property disputes, contract law, personal injury law and other general civil and commercial litigation. She has experience at the trial and appellate levels and has also participated in alternative dispute resolution programs such as mediations and arbitrations.

Ms. Burger is licensed to practice in the state courts of Connecticut and New York, as well as, the U.S. District Court for the State of Connecticut. She is member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Fairfield and New Haven Bar Associations. She resides in Hartsdale, NY and, in her leisure time, she plays softball for the Norwalk community softball league.
